Why are you more expensive than the shop down the road?
Two reasons, and they are the same two reasons our work outlasts theirs. The product costs more, and the preparation takes days instead of hours. Neither is where we are willing to save you money. A cheap quote usually means consumer grade product over an hour of prep, which seals your swirls in and fails within a year.
What products do you actually use?
Professional grade coatings and films supplied to accredited installers, never retail products. We will tell you the exact brand, grade and stated durability before you book, and it will be written on your quote.
How long does my car need to stay with you?
It depends on the work. A ceramic coating with correction is typically one to two days. Full vehicle PPF is three to four days. We confirm the exact timeframe before you book, and we do not compress it to fit more cars through the workshop.
My car is brand new. Does it really need correction first?
Often, yes. Transport, dealer washes and pre delivery detailing all leave marks. We inspect under proper lighting and tell you exactly what we find, then correct only where the paint calls for it.
Does paint protection film go yellow?
Cheap film does. The professional grade film we install is engineered to resist yellowing and self heals light scratches with heat. Poor quality film also hazes and lifts at the edges, and removing it can take paint with it.
What maintenance does it need afterwards?
We walk you through it on collection. We explain the correct wash techniques, the right products to use and advise against automatic car washes moving forward.
